• How long does it take to receive my order?

Each Ichor piece is made to order in our Parisian workshop. After processing your order, we pass it on to our production team who make each piece by hand. We aim to dispatch all orders within one month from the point of credit authorization and address verification. We can offer priority production for an additional charge - please contact us as soon as possible to arrange.

Please note that during holidays (such as Christmas or summer) we may take longers time for dispatch - we will contact you if there is a delay. You can read full shipping guidance here, which will help you estimate wait times based on your location.

• Do you offer overnight delivery ?

As each Ichor piece is made to order, it takes time for our production team to make it. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days.

However, we can offer priority production for an additional charge - please contact us as soon as possible to arrange and we will try to ensure you receive your piece in time for an event, occasion or someone special.

• How can I be sure that I have chosen the right size?

We have a complete size and fit guide that will help you measure your body for the perfect fit. When measuring with the tape measure it is important not to measure too tight, the tape should be tight enough that it rests gently against the body, but not so gently that it falls off. • Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of receipt of the order and at the latest.

• Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can order gift certificates for any amount. Our certificates are virtual, but you can also request a physical one and even ado handwritten note to make your gift even more special.For this, please contact us oncontact@ichor-creation.com.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Union Pay, Paypal, and bank transfer.

• Do I have to pay additional import duties or taxes?

It depends on your location. Please see ourterms and conditionscomplete to see if this is the case.

• What if the room doesn't fit me well?

It may take some time to develop a relationship with your new leather piece. Fit and look may be different for different body types. Leather also softens over time. We recommend that you try the part on several times and then compare it to the measurements you provided.

• What type of leather do you use?

All Ichor pieces are made from high quality vegetable tanned cattle leather upholstery leather. The leather is produced in France and Italy. The leather most frequently used for our creations is the 3 mm thick hard leather. We also use 2mm and 1mm softer leather. All our leathers are vegetable tanned, with some colors having an additional acrylic coating.

• What does leather look like?

Ichor creations are as much about feel as they are about looks. We always pay attention to the particular states of mind and emotions evoked by wearing leather when constructing the pieces. Most Ichor pieces are made from hard leather about 3mm thick - it is very flexible and resembles the leather usually used for belts. Leather evokes different feelings: some admit it makes their body feel more structured and united, it impacts their posture, makes them feel powerful, confident and self-aware, others appreciate having a strong and luxurious piece that adds an original touch to their outfit. Others appreciate it because they have the feeling of belonging to a very specific community.

• How do I clean my leather pieces?

Leather and water don't go together, so don't try to wash your harnesses or accessories. If your product gets wet, immediately remove the water with a paper towel and let it dry naturally. Using a clean, dry cloth, you can gently wipe down the inside of your piece. If you gently feel with your fingertip that there is a smoother direction of the leather, that is the direction you should be using your cloth. Then remove excess moisture with a soft, dry cloth.

• What is the best way to take care of my leather pieces?

Leather is a natural material that acquires more character over time. As leather ages it will develop a patina, as it absorbs natural oils from handling, taking on a darker or shinier appearance. If properly cared for, Ichor creations can last for decades. We therefore advise you to store the parts in a cool and dry place, to avoid objects that can scratch the leather and to keep it away from water. Please note that bright or dark colors may transfer to lighter fabrics and objects. If you want to make your product shine, be sure to use only a specialized product that you know how to apply perfectly or consult a specialist.

• Can I have my Ichor parts serviced?

Each creation is guaranteed for life - we hope it will become a lifelong friend and source of joy and fulfillment. Even though leather patinates very well, sometimes you may want to give your pieces a little extra shine. We'd be happy to give it a polish, inspect for signs of wear, replace missing studs or hardware - this service is available upon request. You can email us atcontact@ichor-creation.com

• Are accessories and harnesses designed for aesthetic or playful purposes?

Ichor pieces are created to be worn in a wide range of settings. They're perfect for anyone looking to elevate their style with an eye-catching accessory - but also for bondage enthusiasts and members of the fetish community. Harnesses, corsets and accessories are designed to be strong and durable enough to play with. Ichor creations are as much about the senses and sensations as the style.

• Are your creations divided into men and women?

We believe the genre has potential for experimentation beyond the binary and realize that leather has a long history and is meaningful to the queer community. All Ichor creations are suitable for a wide variety of body types and mindsets. All parts are made to order, we would be happy to advise on fit and measurements for optimum fit and comfort.

• Do you offer vegan options?

Our specialty is leather. However, we are open to the possibilities of using other materials for the realization of creations provided that they correspond to our standards of quality, durability, appearance and touch.

• How sustainable are your designs?

Sustainability and ingenuity are at the heart of our vision. The leather we use is produced in Europe and tanned using natural processes and products. We reuse all offcuts and try to makeour production as waste-free as possible. Ichor creations are designed to last for years when cared for properly - an ultimate expression of care and appreciation for handcrafted objects rather than a short-lived thrill.

• Do you have a physical store?

We do not currently have a physical store in Paris. However, we would be delighted to welcome you to our production workshop if the request is made in advance by email tocontact@ichor-creation.com

 

• What justifies the value of creations?

All Ichor creations are made by hand in our Parisian workshop from the best tanned raw materials. Some Ichor pieces required a lot of ingenuity and required many hours of development on the patterns.
