We do not accept returns based on these reasons.

ICHOR also reserves the right to reject a product considered non-resalable in its current condition.

For any item with a manufacturing defect, ICHOR accepts returns and will proceed with the exchange. ICHOR is the sole authority to assess the condition of these products, and its decision is final.

In the event of a refusal of return due to products becoming unfit for resale, the items will be reshipped as-is to the customer, only after the customer pays the re-shipping fees.
