ICHOR accepts the return of items only if they are free from any dirt, odors, or any other signs of use. ICHOR reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsellable in its current condition. Please note that leather is a material that can easily stain, mark, or absorb odors during use, which is a natural process of its existence, and we will not accept returns for these reasons. Therefore, ICHOR reserves the right to refuse a product considered unsellable in its current state.
For any item presenting a manufacturing defect, ICHOR accepts returns and reshipment of defective items and will proceed with the exchange. ICHOR is the sole authority to determine the condition of these products, and its opinion is final.
In the case of a return refusal due to products being unsuitable for resale, the items will be reshipped to the client as is, only after the client has paid for the reshipping fees.
Gift packaging is neither returnable nor exchangeable.
